2016 Member Satisfaction Survey
An ASTTBC Member Satisfaction Survey was conducted in 2016 to gain feedback from ASTTBC members about the Association’s performance in a number of key areas relating to governance, leadership, management and member services.
In addition, the survey was used to obtain information and opinions on future goals and services of interest to ASTTBC’s members.
We would like to thank all of those who participated. Their input is invaluable information the Association uses to not only gauge its performance but to assist in strategic planning and enhance the delivery of services to its members.
