  • you observed a work-related issue and innovated to resolve it;
  • you anticipated challenges with a design or project at work and established a plan to reconcile it;
  • you worked on a project that theoretically met intent, but was not able to be implemented in a practical way – and you were able to come up with a solution to resolve this.
