Professional Achievement Award 2016

Presented to Brian Reardon, AScT, CAO, Regional District of Central Okanagan

“Brian Reardon is the Chief Administrative Officer at the Regional District of Central Okanagan.
Brian’s career in local government started after receiving a diploma in Civil & Structural Engineering from BCIT in 1983. He began as an Engineering Technologist with the District of Pitt Meadows. He then moved on to GIS Analyst, IS/GIS Manager, and Deputy Corporate Officer. Brian went on to lead the North Okanagan Regional District as their Administrator and was Strathcona Regional District’s first full time CAO.
Today, he is proud to be leading one of BC’s most progressive Regional Districts and volunteers his time as a guest lecturer through the Local Government Managers Association to develop the next generation of local government practitioners.
Brian is a proud supporter of ASTTBC’s role in evolving technologists and technicians in local government.
ASTTBC is pleased to present Brian Reardon with a 2016 Professional Achievement Award!”
