Foreign Credential Recognition Loan Program – PICS Society

ASTTBC is pleased to partner with Progressive Intercultural Community Services (PICS) Society for the Foreign Credential Recognition (FCR) Loan program.

The FCR Loan Program helps Internationally Trained Professionals:

  • To review their credentials
  • To make their career action plan
  • To choose the Alternative Related Career
  • To provide loans to evaluate credentials, short-term training courses, examination fees or professional membership fees up to $15,000
  • To find the employment in their professional field especially in Health, Education and Technology

Who can join the program:

  • Canadian Citizen
  • Permanent Resident
  • Refugee with Legal document representing working status in BC
